As a Senior Director of Client Success, Beth leads a team of Client Success Directors and supports them in developing strong partnerships with our clients. She manages the processes and accountability measures to ensure our services are consistent with PSI’s commitment to service excellence. With almost 20 years of testing experience, clients rely on Beth to help guide their certification programs with data-driven discussion and helpful insights on new technology and exam design initiatives that can support their future goals. Before PSI, Beth was a director of assessments for International Credentialing Associates (ICA) and a test development lead for Prometric.
